- Define Maintenance Schedule thresholds by Hours or Mileage since last Service Date, Total Hours or Mileage, and Days since last Service
- Use Service Lines or Service Templates to construct the desired Equipment Service Automation
- Define the Service Branch, Branch Location, Project, Project Task, and Cost Code (if enabled) desired for the generated Service Orders
- Update Hours or Mileage from the Acumatica Mobile App directly on the Equipment profile or from an Appointment servicing the "Target" Equipment
- Maintain Hours or Mileage history in the Equipment's Tracking Log
- Automate the generation of Service Orders based on Service history and Hours or Mileage updates through the Equipment Services process screen
